• There will be no returns or refunds on any of the swimming programs that are purchased through SEAHORSE FITNESS under any circumstance. All sales in regards to swimming programs are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.(refund may be issued due to illness or injury of the participant.)
• A credit/refund can be issued if an individual withdraws from the class, up to two weeks prior to the start date. After second week a $10 service fee will be needed if want refund. There are up to 3 make-ups and NO refunds for missed classes due to personal schedule conflicts at any time during the quarter.
  

• If an individual class session needs to be canceled due to instructor illness, weather, etc. We will make every effort to notify patrons in advance via Text message and website update. Signs will also be posted in the facility. Make-up classes will be held at the end of the quarter during finals week.  Refunds will not be issued for make-up classes held at the end of the quarter during finals week.
