Pool Usage and Class Policy

1. Swim Cap Requirement

• To ensure water hygiene and maintain a clean swimming environment, all students and parents entering the pool area must wear swim caps at all times.

2. Food and Beverage Policy

• Parents are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the pool area.
• It is recommended that children eat at least one hour before class begins.
• Students may bring plain water in non-glass containers only. Other beverages are not permitted.

3. Absence and Make-up Policy

• If a student is unable to attend class, parents must notify the club at least 24 hours in advance.
• Each student is enrolled in 10 classes per term, with a maximum of 2 permitted absences.
• Time lost due to lateness will not be compensated.
• All make-up lessons must be completed within the same term. No make-up lessons will be arranged after the term ends.
• Classes canceled on the same day or missed without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• If a scheduled make-up class is missed, it will be considered forfeited, and no further make-up will be offered.
• Students are fully responsible for any absences. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, whether partial or full, and regardless of the reason.
• In the event of cancellation due to instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies, Seahorse Swim Club will inform families via text and website updates. Notices will also be posted at the facility.

4. Safety Regulations

• To comply with health and fire safety regulations:
• Strollers are not allowed inside the changing rooms or by the poolside.
• Strollers must not block entrances, exits, or walkways.
• Parents are kindly asked to cooperate with on-site staff to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

5. Final Interpretation Rights

• Seahorse Swim Club reserves the final right of interpretation for this announcement and all related policies.
• The Club also reserves the right to modify or update the policies at any time.
